We had an ongoing fault on our garage door which would not fully close, your engineer attended within 2hrs of our request. He immediately identified the fault and corrected it. He also explained how we could use the key fobs in different modes and set to our requirements. Again we were not aware of the alarm facility which explained. SUPERB PROFESSIONAL SERVICE
